“Shining on”...part deux

So you have made your batch of apple pie moonshine (see our earlier blog post with the recipe), now make something yummy with it...!  I am addicted to cookbooks...some folks like fiction, some non-fiction, some romance novels with the likes of Fabio on the cover...not this girl~ cookbooks are my guilty pleasure! Full disclaimer, I am not a good cook, however a husband can hope, can’t he!  I do treat him like a king, tho...he gets a lot of burnt offerings!

Just in at Bleu... "Ole Smoky Moonshine Family Cookbook"! Jessi Baker shares her family's amazing story of taking  their Appalachian Mountain based, small craft biz and turning it into a worldwide brand!  The photos are a rare look into the distillery business, and the recipes....YuM!

Who does not like chili, with all those incredible flavors! And now... a lil 'shine to it!

Dinner without dessert is lunch...or at the very least...boring!  Don't forget the best part~ the apple pie moonshine buttercream!

Delish!  Let us know when you try this recipe!

For more wonderful recipes, pick up the book at Bleu! Shine' on!
Thank you, Jessi Baker for sharing your family's story, and some amazing grub!
